Food Diary - Day 3

So today was a really bad day for me. When I say bad, I mean BAD. Anywho, I did what I normally do when I have a bad day...found something good to eat. This time...a pint of Blue Bell Cookies n' Cream ice cream. Sigh. I'm a work in progress.

t - Kashi high fiber cereal with 2Tbs of raisins
Fiber - 12g
Water - 16oz

Water - 16oz

Lunch - Grilled chicken with medium apple
Fiber - 4g
Water - 16oz

Snack - Pint of Blue Bell Cookies n' Cream ice cream
Fiber - 0g
Water - 16oz

Water - 16oz

Snack - Pecans and raisins trailmix
Fiber - 3g
Water - 16oz

Dinner - Grilled chicken with mushrooms, onion and carrots
Fiber - 12.3g
Water - 16oz

Total Fiber - 31.3
Total Water - 112oz
Exercise - 30 minutes walking/running
20 minutes on the treadmill
30 minutes weights

It's okay!! The next time you are having a bad day, instead of eating something bad, go cuss someone out that really deserves it. You'll feel better and you will still be thin!

I kid! When I have bad days, I reach for the sugar free chocolate!

You didn't skip your exercise, that's good!

Oh love, I understand just how you must have felt. {{Hugs}} Even though Tracy's comment make me laugh to no end, I think she is on to something there, often we need to scream, talk, have a hug or some other thing rather than eat our comfort foods.

Still, it is progress not perfection and when I look at your food, I am inspired. You are eating really well and I feel very jealous of your water consumption ... very jealous ...very very jealous. Did I mention that I am jealous of your water consumption? LOL!!! How on earth do you do it? 112 oz of water?

Okay, so I need to step it up in the water department and you are going to be my inspiration.

Also I have been slipping in the exercise department so I'm also going to use your example to step it up there as well.

So in terms of your health I see three loving things you did for you self and I think that is just TERRIFIC!!!
