The purpose of this blog is to act as a community for Black women trying to lose weight, get healthy and just ultimately live the most fulfilling life possible. In order for that to happen there needs to be...well...a community. lol.
So other voices are needed who are willing to share their goals, triumphs, failures, worries or just to flat out whine about how exercising sucks (yeah I said sucks).
